the episodes work with the hackneyed narrative they’ve constructed if you watch them sequentially. i can see how it is frustrating for people who watched live, a lot of the great moments the editors could’ve capitalized on are really blunted by lack of context or straight up ignoring things such as sam wrecking the kitchen after tj did his aids test too early. that moment not only was a factor in him ringing the bell on sam but it also stressed out jimmy to the point he was freaking out again over broken dishes and getting closer to his eventual breakdown. they also refuse to add little more than a few scenes that show why the more understated people were likable by the audience so the cast for the remaining episodes are now at the forefront but with the audience having little incentive to even want to know if their narratives having a satisfying conclusion. i can’t really say if it’s completely pointless until the rest of the episodes come out but i don’t have high hopes. maybe someone will re edit it someday as i do believe the entire concept of season 2 was a sleeper hit in terms of livestreamed content houses.
