in our defense we were handed devices with social media almost immediately. This is an infliciton not random. I try to minimize my screen time and there was a point in my life where i had no social media but to what end? It lasted the beginning of december and pittered out in feb. its not some magic bullet; which sucks because the alternative is a magic bullet.
