Well aside from the 100% being some insane incel forum shit, there's also another non-discussed aspect of this which is that non-whites tend to target eachother vastly more so than they target whites, because they live in different places, have different cultures, and don't really socially interact with eachother (a lot of criminal acts come from people either near you or related in some way) and on top of that there is the natural inclination to stop/control non-whites more than whites, which naturally leads to more arrests (if you control 100k non-whites and 10k whites, claiming you got more non-whites in the mix isn't really that fair).
