There's been mentions of it being a groomer game in the past. Also that thread topic seems to attract those gooner pedos from the "gay furries IDK" and "male shortstack" threads on Anon Babble, alongside those "Jack Frost from Shin Megame Tensei" and Animal crossing threads.

It was those "DeDeDe eating while drooling" threads from like a decade ago. Some online screwup at an American company called Sears made it so you could order clocks, mousepads and other stuff with e621 fetish Kirby art printed on them. Many lulz were had.
