I have bread for luch, again cheese, sausage. I have a plate ful of potatoes, meat, gravy and cooked vegetables for dinner. Fish once a week instead of meat. Dietary supplements are a massive marketing scam. Even if you go on the Nootropics subreddit, the conclusion is that everyone agrees absolutely everything is useless and there’s no magic pill.

Since I’ve been into bodybuilding, I fell into this trap and tried everything, it’s all 100% marketing.

However, the ONE and ONLY supplement that has a real, tangible effect is Ashwagandha (Used by Russian soldiers in the 70s btw). It’s an adaptogen that instantly crushes your cortisol from 100 to 0, and there’s no placebo effect.

Zinc will just make you dick harder, creatine gives a minimal strength boost (minimal, but it's not worth it given the water retention it will cause in your face)

, and lion’s mane clears some brain fog (but mb placebo for this one). Those are the only real effects, everything else is completely fake.
