It came out 15% over cooked but it's still pretty good. The herbs and garlic and butter really put the stake together.
Fallow has some great recipes. Would definitely go there if If I visit London in the future.

Well it is reeealy good, but nothing can be so good that this makes it ok obviously. I heard about it, but seeing it is different. Still when you go to a French supermarket there are hundreds of cans from lots of different types.

One day years ago, when I was a teen, I came home from a bar, drunk as hell, and in the fridge there was this glass pot, my grandfather brought it from France where he lived, a gift for my mom. I was so drunk and hungry i toasted two bread and put the stuff from the pot on it. When I ate it it blew my mind, it was the best I ever ate. I knew at that time I was in trouble with my mom because this was something really special. It was Foie Gras....

It's really strange, over 12 frogs came in front of me this day. A new one just entered my field of Vision. Normally I only see one live one a week.

No normally I find dead ones, or I hear them screaming and I save them and throw them to the neighbors whom have a pond. This one escaped too. This is a very old cat and he was too late.

It really is, sometimes you get lucky and get an amazing cat.
Male cats are usually the best. When you know the people with a cat nest ask for the most strong male cat and you have the biggest chance of getting one of those amazing cats. But all cats are fine too.
Oh and spring born cats are usually better than autumn cats.

My ex ex gf had a pure white male cat that didn't like me for the first 6 months but then became so clingy and would get mad if I didn't come see him for a few days. I really miss that little fucker.
