Some men have also fully restored in little more than a year.
I think these people are either NEETs spending 24 hours a day restoring or are just lying/exaggerating. I've been restoring for about seven years. My cut was bad; the left side of my penis was a CI2, the right was a CI0.5 so the first three years were basically just getting the right side flush with the left so my tugger wouldn't fall off if I so much as shifted in my seat. Once everything was a level CI3, I was about get to the point I could wear the tugger all day, even if I was going out to work or for errands. It then took about 3 years to get over the "hump" and get to a CI4, but I then went from CI4 to CI5 in another year. Also during the CI4 time I started rotating in manual stretching periodically. Any time I'm not wearing the tugger (sleeping, exercising, etc.) I use athletic tape to maintain. Like, maybe I'm the exception and my skin is just really elastic and so mitosis isn't induced very much, but it's wishful thinking to paint it as "oh year just jump in next year you'll be done." It's a long, slow, commitment.
