Construction skills are ALWAYS learned and perfected from one to one learning from an experienced small business owner (in UK this is called an apprenticeship).

After years of being a labourer/general apprentice a young adult will eventually gain enough experience to start their own small business doing whatever they learned from their boss that took them on as an apprentice.
