Saw one where a guy was trying to crawl through a what was basically a sandy puddle with a giant Boulder resting about a foot above the shallow water. Basically a short crawl space. Dude starts crawling in, goes in 20 feet in and gets to a point where he's using all he can muster to scrape himself through the sand below and rock above. Eventually he realizes he's wedged himself in with only a couples inches of air above the water and no one around.
You could hear the panick in his voice
