text llms using vector representations of "king" subtracting "man" and adding "woman" to get "queen" isn't "stealing the language".
It's just having mathematical representations of things in images, it will use all images, not just art assets. Words in the prompt like "drawing" just push that in another direction.

I make music and the one place I'd really like AI is to do humanize drum patterns, it's absurdly difficult to do well just programming w/o a real drummer and is something that could be mathematically represented and made to fit the music well (and obviously tuned after it's made).

Careless use of AI was shit and worse than his masters.

Comics, animation, etc. need new styles to sell, and companies that use AI display a lack of budget by doing so, which is bad for business

You could put in like the entire play Hamlet with a picture of a buffalo and it can find mathematical representations in that and create something.

Visual arts are one of the few mediums that one person can just from scratch bust something out fairly quickly. If someone making a game on their own has a way of semi-automatically getting texture sets they can focus on what they actually care about (which will still take years).

Art supplies and art programs are tools. Art is the creation you make with those tools. If you use someone's creation instead of a tool in order to create, there's a problem. (Language would be to writing what colors and art supplies are to art in this case)

When I'm trying to get immersed and I notice a free-to-use asset I saw in another piece of media, or notice an obvious AI-made piece of art in a movie or smth, I'll notice and it'll throw me off. Again, use of AI degrades a work of art's quality and can sully the whole project
