Just so you understand, most of this list is about establishing trust in your parents. You are really fucked if you are getting kicked out on a short time frame like OP, so the point is to prove you are moving forward so you can extend that time frame. If your parents aren’t already fed up with you, just getting a job, a car, and then a better job might make you able to skip the step where you save up to give them collateral (still smart to do, because that can still be your emergency fund). If they trust you to maintain your trajectory,they won’t need collateral. For OP, there is zero chance they have that level of trust.
Assuming you aren’t an absolutely loathesome person, your parents will be very happy to see the improvements in your life and the potential you may have. This is important because it will be really hard to save for a car if you have to go directly to renting your own apartment.
You should also really consider roommates. I personally avoid that, but I earn over minimum wage. Where I live a 1 bedroom might be 1k, but a much larger 2 bedroom is only 1.1k. Adding more roommates after 1 usually doesn’t help much, so I wouldn’t think to much about getting more.
Here’s an important one: talk to people about their jobs. I mostly do this at my job, either with customers or outside people who come to do work. There are so many jobs out there you wouldn’t even think about that are much more lucrative than working at a gas station while not really requiring you to be any more capable.
Just finding out these jobs exist in the first place, and the pay is acceptable, might inspire you to try it out.

If you don't have a license either get one or something that doesn't need one. Scooters/mopeds under a certain CC or electric don't require a license. Once you have an income, transport, benefit, and a roof over your head you will be ok and can work towards getting off benefits. Give up privacy show your parents your progress for the extra time if you have too. I'm diagnosed autismo and had to do some of this when I was kicked out in my early 20s. Being dependent on the state instead of your parents will take strain off them and allow them too keep helping you in different ways.
