Well, that's NA. During the Peroro where Hoshino Prime dropped, there were only 23 spots left for Plat on INS. Geburah probably will break that habit of Fest units narrowing the bracket but the rest of bosses won't. TOR will become really accessible in EU once 4th anni comes.

Peroro is now just another INS feeling torment. Every other torment will be fine. Peroro, Binah, and Hiero will be fine as well as long as you put in a little bit of effort.
