You go to a gardening store and buy seeds. Grow them on a moist towel or in a jar. Grocery store will have microgreens which is the closest to sprouts but you want the sprout energy over the microgreens.

Based. Try using structured water and keeping the seeds above the south side of a powerful magnet before sprouting. They grow about 15% faster with structured/coherent water and the magnet keeps them from getting as tangled together as they grow.

I use pic related and mix it with hot water. I also make my own from scratch, strait from the bean. About 40 grams of raw cacao paste (my homemade stuff) combined with cayenne or chili pepper causes comfy auditory hallucinations, i've heard of full fledged open hallucinations happening at even higher doses. Cacao paste (again my homemade cacao) helps alleviate the come up with mushrooms as well.

Is it worth making it from scratch? I've been lazy and have everything I need to make a kombucha and enough ginger and raw sugar to make a ginger bug.

Sprouts are a legit superfood...I went big on it a few years back due to a health scare (cured with fasting + foods described below), but kept it up because it's so easy to do. Bought around 10 sprouting jars and have kilos of seeds of all kinds. I got tired of trying to clean the seed shells from the sprouts, so now I just grow them normally on plates on the kitchen window sill. I then use a scissor to chop up a big handful to mix into my food when I cook my daily meat slop (with turmeric+ginger and black pepper (enhances curcumin absorption by ~2000%) for added health).

Radishes are my main go-to because of how fast they grow. Chunky sprouts within a week of planting. Alliums are my favorite other than broccoli in terms of health but they are slow growing and I eat a bunch of raw garlic every day any way.

I grow chives and ramsons outside and harvest every summer and autumn. Another big outdoors pot is reserved for ruccola and peas. These also grow extremely fast and provide you with more greens than you know what to do with. Just drop a bunch of seeds in and take a scissor to your pot of exploding greens when you cook.

I also have purple asparagus, berry bushes, and wild strawberries. And some hardy self fertilizing kiwi vines but half died and the other half haven't given me fruit yet. Imagine paying for store greens... especially salad types of greens. No nutrition.

This is all optimized for near 0 effort. You really should grow something. Maybe invest in some big terracotta planters so it looks aesthetic as well. Your garden or balcony shouldn't look like the third world with plastic materials or little mixed color cuck planters.

I'm actually going to try this OP. I don't have regular beans on hand but i have indian val (hyacinth bean).i normally cook big batches of it to feed to my chickens but im going to give bean sprouts a shot
