Exercise with other people out in the sunshine in some kind of activity like a sport or hobby is much healthier because you tend to enjoy it and release good hormones to actually support healing, but that's not really exercise, its its own thing. You can kinda force yourself into a positive headspace to an extent, getting good nutrition and everything can help a lot, usually there's a micronutrient or something you could use more of and can put you into the state of mind and body where some kind of exercise can be somewhat enjoyable
