dutasteride is a 5ar inhibitor. that covers all veriants of 5ar. 5ar is an enzyme that converts T into DHT. as far as i know it should not cause feminization as production of T come from the testicals. so if you are seeing dude grow tits after taking it then they were already very low T to begin with.
