Why chat Emi taking about bots. What weird messages. I didn't see

She’s been getting happy birthday spam all stream. And then recently she was getting “om” spam even after not saying anything. Chat called it out that they were bots.

I saw the happy birthday spam in chat, I wasnt watching tho. Was that not something she was farming?

Happy birthday spam seems to be mainly actual chatters desu, it was the "om" spam that was extremely random and she asked about why chat was spamming it at least 7 times, eventually both her and chat said it was bots, so aly banned the word and they discussed changing following time.

I think happy birthday also started from a chatter, but at least that spam had more main chatters spamming and making jokes, the "om" spam would just come out of nowhere from chatters who barely typed.

She was farming it yes but same with the om spam it was random and real chatters joined in. A lot of the accounts typing happy birthday started following feb 26 and 28th

True, twitch themselves don't even care about the botting, and whether a streamer bots or not they are still getting paid an insane amount. Also doesn't even matter if people do bot, as it doesn't really impact the stream.
